We provide your office with pads of requisition forms.  Simply fax your order to (760) 674-8646.  Its that easy!  Our friendly and efficient staff will handle the rest.  We will confirm insurance authorization, immediately call and schedule your patient for any exams requested and deliver the results in the media and method you request.  We promptly respond to each request with focused attention.  Guaranteed!  No hassles!

SPECIAL ORDERS
Each day, appointment slots are held in reserve for urgent cases.  Simply call 674-8800 to add-on.  Our Medical Director, Dr. Bill Kelly, is always immediately available to consult with referring physicians via cell phone (call 760 674-8800 for his cell phone number).  Immediate verbal reports are available.

 
TAKE HOME  OR,  WE DELIVER! 
Your patient can leave HEALTH SCAN IMAGING with a set of films in hand.  The original report of your patient’s examination, appended with a montage of key images, is always delivered to your office.  We can also provide a CD-R of your patient’s exam, embedded with an automated (Dicom) reader.  This media can be used to effortlessly review any or all images on any office pc computer!  Whatever your practice style, our service will be tailored to your needs.  You can trust that the information you desire will be delivered quickly and securely.  Every time.
